  • What is the return and exchange policy?
    All orders include a return shipping label if needed. If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, email us at hello@sorprendeme.shop within 30 days of your purchase and we'll work to make it right!
  • How long does delivery usually take?
    All items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Orders usually arrive within 8-14 business days after the order's been placed. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
  • Are there any sizing guidelines available for clothing items?
    Yes, each product page includes a note about sizing. Simply click on the product page and the Fit tab, which will provide details around sizing. In many cases, the sizes correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so US customers could order a size up for a more comfortable fit.
